We consider the problem of the inversion of stability in the gyroscopic top known in literature as Tippe Top taking place in dynamical conditions. Such a top has a spherical shape with the baricenter not coincident with the geometrical center. The same problem has been investigated in many papers using various methods 􏰀here we refer in particular to [2] and [5]). We will show that the tech- nique employed in [2] can be simplified, leading in a much simpler way to the conditions implying the stability inversion 􏰀i.e. the transition from the config- uration in which the baricenter lie below the geometrical center to the opposite one) in the form enunciated in [5]. The method utilized allows to obtain stability result concerning non-spherical tops.en
