September 2005-: Associate professor, Faculty of Natural Science, University “G. D’Annunzio” of Chieti, Italy.
Scientific ativity
Published over 90 articles in journals covering the following topics:
The geotechnical and mineralogic characteristics of cohesive soils;
Slopes Stability;
Hydrogeology, hydrodynamic and hydro chemical in fissured and karst aquifers; Hydrogeology, hydrodynamic and hydro chemical in porous media;
Geochemical and isotopic characterization of Apennine’s groundwater;
Groundwater management.
Geological survey activity, project CARG Abruzzo.
Scientific advisor in the liaison between his Science Departments and local governments.
Project manager in the research program (ex 60%) in investigation into: Interrelations between recharge, circulation and emergency in the Apennine hydro structures in relation to experimental meteorological, hydrologic, hydrogeology and hydro chemical parameters. Quantitative implications on the hydrodynamic and vulnerability of fissured, karst and porous media.
Scientific partner for co-funded research programs.
