Abstract: This work was designed in 2007 but abandoned for the same reason that today it is resumed. Determinant for the interruption was the disappointment with the discovery that the global database of paleopoles (the GPMDB) started by Van der Voo and McElhinny (Van der Voo & McElhinny, 1989; but with precursors such as: Piper, 1988; Westphal, 1989 ), continued by McElhinny and Lock (McElhinny & Lock, 1990; Lock & McElhinny, 1991), and later by Pisarevsky (Pisarevsky & McElhinny, 2003, Pisarevsky, 2005), had been suspended by the latter in 2005 due to failure renewal of the disbursement of funding dedicated to the project by the academic institutions involved. Today it is judged that being able to reach any original results, however based on those incomplete data, could be an encouragement to the recovery of the enrichment of the GPMDB with the addition of data produced from 2004 to 2018 and beyond.
