Acque Albule Basin
Abstract: This paper has the aim to show a geological and structural Meso-Cenozoic carbonatic bedrock below the AAB obtained by 3D gravity model. Subsidence phenomena occurrences along the western edge of the basin only, it is the southern end of Tiberian Gravity Ridge detected in low depth. The distribution of the phenomena of collapse and sulfur springs are recognized along the NNE-SSW, NE-SW and N-S gravity discontinuities where the seismicity of the January 2001 shows the distribution of the areas with higher macroseismic effects.
