Biography
PhD in Geography with a MSc. in Environmental Monitoring, Modelling and Management at King’s College London. 9+ years of experience in teaching and applied research. With current affiliation as Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Alan Turing Institute, I have been involved in several projects supported by geotechnologies for decision making in environmental and agricultural settings at multiple scales. Confident in the use of a variety of Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing software and strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, spatial analysis and the automation of complex and large data tasks using cutting‐edge technologies (e.g. big data and cloud‐computing).
