Abstract:	Institutional structures which disseminate information over the Internet face several challenges. Are communication skills needed in researchers' curricula? Time spent in communicating: is it subtracted to research activities? Can be information considered "for all"? To which extent international usability guidelines for websites are observed? Which indicators adopt in measuring the efficacy of (web) communication? How user-generated contents relate with institutional information?
